Book 2
in the Seven Levels Series

Not good enough for heaven but not bad enough to burn, Kylie has a slight problem. She's dead and trapped between the realms.

Left with no options, she follows Detective Liam Stone on the hunt for her killer. Death has left Kylie invisible but does nothing to dampen her desire for the sexy detective. Instead, it  gives her the freedom to do as she pleases with his body, and what a delicious body it is.

Liam’s determined to solve Kylie’s case but as the clues uncover an underground world of demonic torture and pacts, Liam must face his own secrets or the flames of passion won't be the only ones the couple will have to face.
Inside Scoop: Parts of this tale are graphically violent, but other parts might
leave you drooling for a ghost or a demon of your own. Look out for the brief
but hot F/F scenes in the bedroom and the shower.

A Romantica® horror erotic romance from Ellora’s Cave

Its Evil Cloak
Regina Puckett

Night’s suffocating darkness tried stopping the morning sun
But in the end the sun’s warmth and stunning, brightness won
Roosters crowed, birds sang, flowers bloomed and we awoke
But all too soon again the clever night returned with its evil cloak

Before Beginning
Regina Puckett

Like quicksilver, time slides away
Day into night and night back into day
Seconds somehow suddenly turn into years
Childish giggles turn into loss and tears
Soon death boldly stares us in the face
We lose before even beginning the race

Christmas is the Gift

Christmas is the Gift
Regina Puckett

Decorations were once again wrapped and stored
But the whimsical memories refused to be ignored
Laughter echoed in the surrounding ceilings and walls
It reverberated throughout our soul and all of its halls
There were quiet whispers with so much to say
Reminding us that Christmas is a gift and not a day

Accept Me
Regina Puckett

Jumping out a plane without a parachute
Pretending to Pipe Piper without a flute
Taking the bull by the horns and tail
Searching for the lost and holy grail
Pretending to be a knight of the Round Table
But only a square peg in a round hole without a label
Once wished the world would accept me as I am
But realized it never would, so I no longer give a damn

Stealing Joy
Regina Puckett

A beautiful bouquet of roses arrived today
The accompanying card had so much to say
There was sweet declaration of intent
Pretty words carefully written and sent
But as pretty as the flowers and words were
They were given by a deceitful saboteur
He was coldly calculating the fastest way
To win and then lock her heart away
It was all just an appealing ploy
To slowly steal away her joy

Christmas Past
Regina Puckett

Years of Christmas memories stored away
Keeping them for when I’m old and gray
To be able to bring out every prized thought
Each treasured, colorful, recalled snapshot
And all I’ll have to do is close my eyes to see
A time when the world truly belonged to me

Always There
Regina Puckett

Feeling sad, unloved and full of angry words
God sent me a yard full of beautiful, yellow birds
Needing more than the world was ready to give
God touched my heart and reminded me to just live
Wanting others to see beyond this poorly, erected wall
God whispered to let down my barriers and to give my all
Seeking comfort in a world where no one seemed to care
God sent a beautiful rainbow showing me he was always there

Waiting
Regina Puckett

Lessons waiting to be taught
Battles waiting to be fought
Dreams waiting to take flight
Daylight waiting to be night
Love waits to conquer hate
But hate never bothers to wait
