I'm trying my hand at writing a Regency Romance. We'll both find out in January if I succeeded or not. Also in January I'll be releasing a new poetry book.
The last thing Duke of Greystone wants is a wife, until Lady Jane Blackmore seeks out his quiet corner of Earl Braxton’s ballroom. But there she stands, attempting to shut out the rest of the world by simply closing her eyes, but Phillips understands better than most that life is never that simple. The last thing Lady Jane Blackmore wants is a husband, until she opens her eyes and sees the scarred and much too handsome stranger evading her quiet corner. Why can’t the obstinate man understand she only needs a brief moment of solitude before returning to face her tormentors? But no matter how many times she tells him to go away, he stays, so is it her fault her father misunderstands the younger duke’s intentions? While marriage isn’t on Phillip or Jane’s mind, when the trials come, they soon become each other’s touchstone and discover joy is within their grasp. Are you trying to potty train your young toddler? You should make it a fun adventure and read them Pipper Pees and Poops. In my short tales of horror I've all of my short horror stories into one book with a few new stories.
When I first started writing Sparking in Sunlight I only meant for it to be a short story but I like Sebastian and his club for vampires so much you'll be seeing more of him. What's not to love about a club filled with vampires and their human guests? |
